For the second time, The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal named ILM among the best places to work in Minnesota.
The winning companies are ranked by their scores and featured in a special section in the Business Journal on Aug. 27, 2010. They were honored at a luncheon on Thursday, Aug. 26, at the Minneapolis Hilton.
The winners were determined by Quantum Workplace, based in Wichita, Kan., after employees at qualifying companies took a web-based survey created by Quantum, which then provided the Business Journal with a list of firms ranked by their scores. We are naming 30 small-company winners, 15 medium-size companies and 10 large companies.
