Leadership Team

Farhan Muhammad, President and Chief Architect
Farhan is the chief technologist at Fusion Room and leads and mentors the development team. He is widely recognized in the development community as an expert in custom application development. He has led the .NET user group for over 7 years, which is now serving over 2500 members. He is a published author on web technologies, speaks internationally on custom development best practices, and founded and runs the annual Minnesota Developers Conference


F. Luna Ahmed, Managing Partner Luna Ahmed co-founded ilm with Farhan Muhammad with the same vision of providing the leading edge, quality focused, IT consulting services. She manages ILM on the day to day basis and ensures a vibrant, high energy culture full of enthusiasm and excitement. She has over 14 years of experience in various roles in the IT consulting industry. She holds a Masters degree in Technology Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.


Sally Stewart, Human Capital and Talent Manager Sally is a seasoned recruiter and HR manager, overseeing Fusion Room's talent acquisition team. She is responsible for ensuring that Fusion Room's team members are the best-of-the-best, the premier in the Twin Cities. Her network of high-level talent is key to Fusion Room's success. She manages all aspects of HR and recruiting for both Fusion Room and ILM. In her spare time, Sally volunteers at the Job Transition Support Group here in Minneapolis.
